Ahead Technology was founded in Ottawa, Canada, in 2002, by Marc Charbonneau, with the aim to:
- Promote Best Practices and IT Management Frameworks at the global level, with the support of recognized local partners (Training Centers, Institutes, Consulting Firms).
- Assist trained professionals in the implementation of the Best Practices within their organizations.
- Bring together an international community of multidisciplinary Consultant Instructors, in order to challenge current Best Practices and to further promote Continual Improvement and the adaptation of Best-In-Class Practices.
