Functional Composition

Focus on culture, psychological safety, dynamic learning, transformational leadership, The Three Ways, diversity, and inclusion.

Intelligent Automation

Focus on artifact and source control, CI/CD, environment management, continuous compliance, observability, AIOps and Value Stream Management.

Technology Ecosystems

Focus on elastic infrastructure, containers, microservices, APIs, serverless, DevOps toolchains, open and inner-source, and secrets management.

Assessment Roadmap

 Set the long term vision, goals and a communication plan for the data collection and findings.

Identify the number of business units/teams, segments, size, etc.

Determine open and close, the desired look and feel, messaging, reporting access

Session with key participants who will support and enable individuals to complete the survey

Promote and emphasize the importance of the assessment for all participants,

Work with key individuals to review and analyze the data to draw insights. 

Share the findings from the assessment and provide recommendations and review recommended experiments.

Undertakes experiments in line with the findings to accelerate the DevOps journey.

Plan for reassessment within six months to review improvements made.
