Stephen is Field CTO for GiLab, with over 30 years experience in IT having learned, been certified in and adopted CMM, CMMI, ITIL, Prince2, TOGAF, SAFe and DevOps, Stephen is researching and developing the application of Value Stream Management into the IT industry, in particular its application into maturing business and IT through Continuous improvement. A long standing follower and believer in CALMS and the importance of implementing Culture, Lean Techniques, Measurement and Sharing collaboratively in conjunction with Automation. Probably held every possible IT role at some point except Network Engineer!
