Isha Gupta

Isha is a Senior Consultant Developer at ThoughtWorks, a data enthusiast and a diversity in STEM advocate. She co-organizes the DevOps Melbourne MeetUp. She has over twelve years of experience working in small to large sized globally distributed teams. She has worked in software development, infrastructure automation, data platforms and agile delivery in a variety of domains. She is passionate about software, infrastructure, automation, data and operations. She has organised few technical workshops around coding and DevOps focussed to help women who want to make a start in STEM, like DevOpsGirls event, SheLovesData workshops. Her goal is to make DevOps knowledge and skills accessible for anybody who is interested and wants to make a start. She wishes to create more opportunities in tech to make it more diverse and inclusive.
