David Thatcher

David is an entrepreneurial minded technical professional with over 30+ years’ IT experience with extensive subject matter expertise in DevOps, Agile Development, IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL framework, and developing cost effective solutions to meet customer business requirements. David started his own software development and consulting company back in 1997. He successfully brought two software products to market and holds three software copyrights to his name.  After selling his company back in 2008, David transitioned back into the corporate world leading DevOps transformation for large companies and is currently working at John Wiley & Sons as a DevOps coach, driving their DevOps transformations.
