Our Ambassadors are volunteers from across the globe who take a leading role in empowering the community with the SKIL framework to advance members with Skills, Knowledge, Ideas & Learning.
DevOps Institute and Peoplecert Ambassadors are individuals who are passionate about DevOps, ITSM, and/or Project Management, are recognized thought leaders and subject matter experts that are willing to contribute to and support our global community.
As an Ambassador, you are a community representative, passionate about supporting the community to advance the human elements of DevOps, ITSM and Project Management which is our core mission.
Ambassadors support others that are interested in getting involved in the community or who are seeking resources. You must be aware of ourinitiatives and events built to support them.
As an Ambassador, you will be asked to organize and host local SKILup events. We will provide resources to help you set up the event, but you are responsible for running your SKILup events with the help of our community team and other enterprises, and community builders from your network. You are welcome to invite other local resources and thought leaders to help you organize your events.
You will have many opportunities to contribute thought leadership as an Ambassador including speaking at in-person and online events, written content such as blogs, forums, social media groups, channels, and other media. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide you with resources to help you be successful as one of our Ambassadors.
